During the month of July, the Awaking Church of God in Stara Zagora hosted Rev. Dr. Paul Miller and his wife Diane from Saint Catherine’s United Church in Canada. In Stara Zagora they met with Dimitar “Jimmy” Luchev, pastor of the Awaking Church of God and visited a home for mentally disable children in the region to complete repairs on the playground equipment. During their stay in Bulgaria, they also visited the cities of Nova Zagora and Petrich, and were able to minister to the large Church of God congregation in Samokov led by National Overseer, Bishop Alexander Todorov.
